photo of me photographer holding out an apple to the viewer

Heya!

I’m Erin Deleon, photographer and photo editor extraordinaire!

When my dad bought himself his first digital camera back in 2001, he showed me that shooting digital meant that, as long as you had the storage, there was virtually no limit to the number of photos one could take. My 6-year-old self immediately took that as permission for me to steal his camera whenever possible and take photos of everything and anything.

I eventually received my first DSLR, a very basic Nikon, when I graduated high school - my dad told me he got tired of me hogging his camera all the time, which is fair!

“Photos from a friend” - now what does that even mean?

This statement encompasses my guiding values as a photographer.

After all, a friend:

  • Values accessibility and your comfort.

  • Maintains authenticity and open communication.

  • Supports mutual availability and collaboration.

  • Has fun when you’re together!

This is my business card - isn’t it cute?
